Stream4k.tv maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. At our sole discretion, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

A "repeat infringer" is a user who has received more than two valid copyright infringement notices relating to their account activity. Stream4k.tv's failure to enforce this policy on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

Stream4k.tv operates as a service provider within the meaning of the DMCA's safe harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512). We store, transmit, and provide access to content at the direction of our users and third-party content providers.

Our prompt response to DMCA takedown notices is part of our good-faith effort to qualify for and maintain this protection.
