All subscriptions are billed in advance on the plan cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension of your account.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes only. You may use the service on devices permitted under your plan within your household.
The number of simultaneous connections allowed depends on your subscription plan. Exceeding the permitted connections may result in automatic disconnection or account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund:
Stream4k.tv is an independent IPTV service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television network, broadcaster, or content provider. All channel names, logos, and content are the property of their respective owners.
We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability of any specific channel or content. Channels may be removed, changed, or temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or third-party licensing changes beyond our control.
Stream4k.tv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
